Healthy Fish Fingers
Serves: Makes 4 fish fingers
Ingredients:
2 cans of tuna in springwater, water drained
1 egg, whisked
1/2 cup shredded cheese
Method:
Preheat oven to 190°C. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
Combine all ingredients and shape into fish fingers.
Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden.
