Ingredients:
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
3/4 cup milk of choice
1/4 cup kefir
1 scoop protein powder
1 tbsp nut butter
1 tbsp kefir
1 tbsp chia seeds
Blend and serve as is or top with some coconut and goji berries if you’re feeling all fancy!
