Blueberry Protein Smoothie

The perfect blueberry protein smoothie when you’re after something sweet for brekky or post-workout. Your gut will love the probiotics from the kefir.

Serves: 1

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries

  • 3/4 cup milk of choice

  • 1/4 cup kefir

  • 1 scoop protein powder

  • 1 tbsp nut butter

  • 1 tbsp kefir

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

Blend and serve as is or top with some coconut and goji berries if you’re feeling all fancy!
