Cinnamon Protein Balls
Delicious protein and fibre filled snacks. Perfect with a mug of tea when you get the 3pm munchies.
Makes: 15 balls
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup nut butter
1/2 cup protein powder
4 tbsp milk of choice/water
3 tbsp rice malt syrup (or honey) (optional)
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp cinnamon
Method:
Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and combine.
Using your hands, roll mixture into balls.
Refrigerate for 30 minutes until set and keep refrigerated until served.
