Cinnamon Protein Balls

Delicious protein and fibre filled snacks. Perfect with a mug of tea when you get the 3pm munchies.

Makes: 15 balls

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cup rolled oats

  • 1/2 cup nut butter

  • 1/2 cup protein powder

  • 4 tbsp milk of choice/water

  • 3 tbsp rice malt syrup (or honey) (optional)

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Method:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and combine.

  2. Using your hands, roll mixture into balls.

  3. Refrigerate for 30 minutes until set and keep refrigerated until served.
