Overnight Chia Pudding

Serves: 1

Ingredients:

  • 4 tbsp chia seeds

  • 1 cup milk of choice (if using plant-based milk, look for options fortified with calcium)

  • 1 tsp honey or other sweetener, optional

  • Fruit, yoghurt and or nut butter for topping

Method:

1) Combine ingredients into a jar and mix. After 2-3 minutes mix again very well until you see no clumping.

2) Cover the jar and store in fridge overnight or for at least 2 hours.

3) Serve with toppings of choice.
